We understand pixel installation can be a little tricky, so we're here to help!

To start with IntentWave, please follow the steps below to install your pixel.

If you need extra guidance after this instruction, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team through support@persistent.id.

What is a pixel?

A pixel is a small piece of code embedded in a website or email that collects data about user interactions. When someone visits a page with a pixel, it "fires" and sends specific information back to the pixelโ€™s server. This data includes actions like page views, clicks, and even time spent on the page.

Pixels enable businesses to gather actionable data on user behavior, allowing for improved targeting, efficient advertising, optimized content, and enhanced user experiences, ultimately leading to better results for the business.

Where to find the pixel?

The Integration page will be the first page you see after registration. Please find the pixel code in the grey box on the right. Click [copy] to get the entire code.

If you're not the web builder and need to share the pixel code with someone else, we recommend you reading the instruction below.

How to share the code with your web developer?

If you want to send this code to your web developer, to avoid mistakes during the sharing process, you can download the site's tracking code by clicking on the [Share Link]. A txt file that contains the code will be automatically downloaded, and you can simply send this file to your web developer.
