Troubleshooting

How to avoid garbled pixels?

During the onboarding process, we provide the pixel in an email to ensure the most efficient installation for our clients. However, you or your web designer may sometimes find that the pixel code copied from the email appears garbled. This issue could be caused by a firewall altering the code or introducing unexpected line breaks.

To address this, we’ve created a "Pixel Download" feature located next to the pixel in your dashboard. This allows users to download a TXT file containing the pixel code, which can be shared with others or copied directly from the file to avoid garbled code issues.

If the pixel you’ve pasted looks different from what appears in your dashboard settings, we recommend downloading the TXT file to ensure maximum accuracy.
