Go to [Site Settings] and find [Visitor Identification]. Upload your Suppression List by choosing the local file. We support CSV format, and the file should contain one column of all the email addresses you don't want to resolve or target.
After you apply the suppression list, those emails will automatically be removed from the Visitors List, and any webhook containing them will be skipped as well.
For example, if a webhook is set up to send visitor data to an external system (e.g., a CRM or marketing platform), but the visitor's email is on the suppression list, the webhook will automatically exclude that email from the data transfer and prevent any related actions from being triggered.

Improve Reputation: Avoid contacting individuals who could perceive your outreach as intrusive, helping to maintain a positive brand image.
